Recordings can be purchased via a link in the left hand navigation; members receive access to the recordings for free after one year (starting on November 17, 2025). Accessibility Requests
PRIMR24 will take place at the
Seattle Convention Center (SCC), Summit Building, a large meeting venue that is ADA compliant. View the
SCC Accessibility Guide, and information below outlines how PRIM&R can accommodate accessibility requests/services.

Registration
PRIM&R uses an online system for registration, but a fillable PDF form can be provided upon request. If you need assistance with completing registration,
contact us.
Mobility Requests
The meeting space at the SCC is situated on six floors. Escalators and elevators are available.

SCC Accessibility Guide for detailed information on the location of elevators.
For those needing additional assistance in the form of a wheelchair or motorized wheelchair, the following local companies are renting equipment:

The conference hotels are a three to five minute walk to the SCC. We are not providing transportation. For those requiring mobility assistance, we recommend making a hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency or Hyatt Olive 8 Hotels (closest properties). You may also
contact us to discuss transportation options.
Hard of Hearing Requests
- All sessions will have a live transcription feed available via the event's online platform and App. To access the live transcript, log into the online platform and/or App, find the session of interest, open the descriptor box, and click on the available link.
- All content included in the virtual meeting, including session recordings, will feature closed captioning.
- If you require ASL, assisted listening devices, or another service, note this during registration and we will contact you to coordinate. Advanced planning is critical to ensuring we can accommodate these requests. Please register by October 15. If you cannot register by this time, but know you’ll be attending, contact us by October 15.
Blind/Legally Blind/Low Vision/Limited Vision Requests

Service Animals
Service animals are allowed at the SCC; no advance notice is required.
Lactation Room
The SCC, Summit Building has two-wellness/PCR rooms: on the third floor near meeting room 341 and on the fourth floor near meeting room 441. Both locations will be marked with signage and open during show hours for access throughout the conference. These rooms do not include a refrigerator and so, if you require refrigeration,
contact us.
Dietary Restrictions
PRIM&R will not be providing breakfast or lunch. Dining options are available within walking distance of the SCC, including at the conference hotels, and we’ll be providing grab and go food for purchase in the Exhibit Hall. We will offer beverages, snacks, and reception food. We’ll do our best to ensure there are vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options, but cannot accommodate other dietary requests for these food functions.
