Virtual Meeting Requirements
Accessing This Event
The
online conference platform is where you can build an attendee profile, access session content, view virtual meeting content, read the poster abstracts, learn about supporters and exhibitors, connect with other attendees, and access conference recordings.
- Go to the online conference platform.
- Click on “Login” in the upper right-hand corner.
- Enter your PRIM&R login credentials (if you do not remember your password, follow the system prompts). Contact us if you do not remember your username.
- Once you are logged in, complete the attendee profile.
- Click on the “My Experience” link in the left-hand navigation to access your personal conference details.
You will use the online conference platform to view livestream and on-demand sessions.
Access to the livestreams of sessions will be made available on November 18. The recordings of select breakout sessions captured on-site will be posted within
48-72 hours of session airing (
to allow time for post-production and uploading). All session recordings will be available for
90 days after the conference. If you can't access/stream content the days of the conferences: (a) ensure you’re logged in; and (b) check to ensure you're registered.
Event Agenda and Format
Time zone: Sessions are listed in Pacific Time.
Agenda: Please note the following important details about how this virtual meeting will be facilitated (the agenda also includes text and icons):
- Livestreaming* and recording of all PRIMR24 General Sessions.
- Livestreaming* and recording of 10 sessions per content block.
- The remaining 10 sessions per content block will be recorded for on-demand access and will be available 48-72 hours after session airing via the session descriptor box (you will see a red "View Video" button).
*Sessions livestreamed are broadcast in real time (Pacific Time); attendees cannot be seen/heard, but can chat with one another using a discussion feed, and ask questions through a questions feed. Session Recordings: All sessions will be available for on-demand access 48-72 hours of session airing (to allow time for post-production and uploading), and up to 90 days after the conference.
Accessibility: All sessions and recordings will include closed captioning.

Technical Requirements
View these tips for an optimal viewing experience and note the following:
- Our platform will not work if you're on a VPN. Disable the VPN before logging in.
- Only log in using Google Chrome or Firefox. Do not use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Make sure your web browser is updated.
- Run a system check by clicking on the Technical Support link in the lower left-hand corner of the platform, then "system check."
- A strong internet connection is critical. If you're on Wi-Fi, sit close to your router, try to be the only one online if possible, and close any application(s) you don't need.
- If we are experiencing technical difficulties, we will note that in the chat. If you don’t hear from us and are still having issues, review this list of tips and/or restart your computer. For further assistance, message us in the chat during sessions or email registration@primr.org.
Networking Events/Opportunities
There are many ways to engage with your peers during this event:
- Share your profile with other attendees so you can connect one on one via text chat.
- Select professional and fun ribbons when setting up your profile to tell other attendees more about you.
- Chat with other virtual attendees during sessions and ask questions of speakers.
- Text chat with attendees by navigating to an attendee profile on the platform and clicking on "Message Board."
- Poster Presentation Program: Learn more about what your colleagues are doing in empirical research or program innovations. Starting on November 17, click on the “Poster Gallery” tile on the platform homepage. Posters include a full abstract and PDF of the poster, as well as a recorded talk.
- Participate in the Online Community for virtual meeting attendees! Start conversations about sessions you attended, ask questions not answered during sessions, and network with other attendees using this Online Community.
