For attendees who did not complete evaluations prior to the deadline, in order to receive credits for sessions attended during PRIMR24, download the Conference Session Transcript* and follow the instructions listed on this form. You can find a PDF version of the PRIMR24 Agenda here**.
*If you are using credits from PRIMR24 for CIP/CPIA recertification, submit the Conference Session Transcript as documentation for your PRIMR24 conference attendance.
** If you are seeking to use credits for recertification purposes, do not submit any conference agendas that have been highlighted to note which sessions were attended.
Certificates of attendance are useful for obtaining CE credits from professional associations. Each association's guidelines for accepting CE credit hours (in-person or virtual) may differ; consult the appropriate association representative for information as to if, and how many, CE credits from PRIMR24 may be used.
Note: We do not offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. Please contact the ACCME to determine if, and how many, credits from this educational offering can be used toward CME recertification.
