Need to get your QA/QI program off the ground? Don't reinvent the wheel! This session will provide an overview of QA/QI, including valuable “how-to” strategies for assessing institutional needs and resources, developing QA/QI materials, defining success, and growing your program over time. The session will focus on post-approval monitoring of human subjects research, but the concepts can be applied across various QA/QI disciplines and activities.
