Jane has worked in clinical drug development for almost 30 years, starting her career at the bench at Eli Lilly. Over the course of her career she led clinical trials, registrational filing teams, molecular asset decision teams, and eventually led a global function focussed on driving cross-therapeutic area global patient recruitment.
In her current role as Program Director for the Decentralized Trials and Research Alliance (DTRA), she has focused on chartering and delivering outputs across the Alliance’s Initiative teams. One of her key contributions has been the design and delivery of the DCT Tubestop, a digital playbook for DCT methods that has been positively received by FDA and other regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical sponsors, and cross-industry consortia. Prior to joining DTRA full time, Jane was VP of Innovation at Curebase from 2021-2023, following her role at LabCorp where she Director, DCT Implementation. Jane worked at Roche/Genentech for 17 years in various roles, ultimately driving global implementation of patient and site facing technology into trials. Additionally she has held positions leading global trials at Lilly, Sanofi, small biotechs, and niche CROs. Jane is a sought-after speaker and thought leader at international conferences and professional meetings, primarily focused on clinical trial innovation.
