Courtney Jarboe, DrPH CIP is an assistant director of the IRB at the University of Minnesota, with a focus on reliance, single IRB, toolkit, training and education. Courtney has worked within the IRB field since 2007. She completed a Doctorate in Public Health - Health Advocacy and Leadership (Capella University) in 2021 and a M.S. in Bioethics- Specialization in Research Ethics from Union Graduate College-Icahn School of Medicine-Mount Sinai. Courtney has been a certified IRB professional since 2010. She is also member of Minnesota's Advisory Committee on Heritable and Congenital Disorders for Newborn Screening.
