Laboratory Animal Veterinary specialist with over 30 years working with multiple species in a global pharmaceutical environment (GLP and GMP), in academia, government and small start-up biotechnology companies. Developed wide repertoire of animal models: immunology, novel drug delivery, large and small animal surgical/medical devices, rodent behavioral, murine transgenic and tumor. Special expertise in infectious diseases including ABSL level 3. Post doctoral training in virology and recipient of NIH Division of Research Resources grant. Board member of CSBR (California Society for Biomedical Research.)

Currently consult with small biotechnology companies, small academic programs in research animal care and use.
