Sarah Muenster-Blakley, MA, CIP is the Director of the Institutional Review Board at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is responsible for oversight of human subjects research, coordination of the IRB, and research conflicts of interest. She has ten years of experience in human research protections and holds CIP certification in IRB administration. She is the DEI ambassador for the division of Academic Affairs and serves as a digital accessibility liaison for faculty, staff, and students, promoting digital content and technology use that are accessible and barrier-free for everyone. She is currently completing her EdD in Educational Leadership and Learning.
